DO YOU PROVIDE SHIPPING PROTECTION?

Sadly we are not able. Despite hiring expensive packing engineers and the like the shipping companies arbitrarily decide when something is their fault. We do provide videos and photos of the deck working and from all angles. We can even do a recorded facetime call to show the shipping companies you saw the machine in perfect working order. We even take a plethora of photos of the packing job show every single step taken as well as photos of the box at the counter so you can prove no damage was done prior to shipping. 
WHAT ABOUT FREIGHT/CRATE? 
Yes! We have pallets and the packing/strapping materials. We provide our customers with all of the required information so you can place your order to ship via freight! Simply provide the freight companies with our "freight" info sheet and they will send us the BOL and Shipping Label! We strap to the pallet for you and it's on its way! 

 

DO YOU HELP CUSTOMERS FIND MACHINES? AND THEN SERVICE THEM?

Yes of course. A small $100.00 deposit is required. This fee is put into the service fee once the machine is found and repaired.

 

DO YOU HAVE SPARE PARTS? 

Most of the time yes. Covid has of course made things more difficult but normally we have at least the vital parts you need... heads (Original and new, pre-amp boards, power boards etc)
 
If we don't have it we can try to find it for you. No charge if we locate
