• Osvaldo Michelnoi - Detroit, MI

Osvaldo Micheloni, or, "Ozzy" as we all call him is the Co-Founder of Reel to Reel Heaven. Ozzy started to build custom speakers with his Father around 10 years old. He was certain he would go into speaker design and build, UNTIL, he heard his first reel to reel. Since then, over a 50 year period, Ozzy has serviced over 8,000 decks and restored just over 900 decks for purchase.

Ozzy believes that Analog can bring an actual experience to the viewer. He puts this passion and of course his expertise into every restoration!

"My passion is sound and there is just nothing like a working tape deck! The sound is better, the experience is better and this is what I strive to give our customers everyday!" - Co Founder, Osvaldo Micheloni

  • Paul D. Millar - NYC

Paul D. Millar is our East Coast Service lead. Having worked on over a thousand decks Pauls expertise is clear. His motto, which every tech should adopt, is, "I don't want to ever see this deck again, if I do I have failed".

Paul has repaired decks for a wide range of customers. Musicians and home recording professionals, recording studios, audiophiles to major universities and their special collections libraries, like Auburn University for example. Paul also plays in an amazing band, Slugbug - check them out!

"It's funny how it all started... Paul blasted us in a Facebook group over heads needing to be relapped - he didn't know the customer had the deck for over a year... in very cavalier fashion he "reprimanded" us lol... I was interested at this point to learn more about him. I am so glad I did, not only because of his skill level, but because he is honest and a good human being... traits hard to find these days" - CEO & Co-Founder , Ryan O'Connor

  • Kevin Sullivan - Detroit, MI

Kevin comes to us after an impressive career in electronics engineering spaning that past 20 years.

Kevin began his love for electronics by working on reel to reels with his father. From there Kevin continued to learn, eventually working his way to top companies like Media One, NBC Universal, AT&T, Comcast and AMComm. At these companies Kevin held positions such as Technical Operations Supervisor, Project Manager and more.

Kevin can work on any deck but oddly, unlike most technicians, he enjoys working on Akai and Teac as much as he does Studer. I would call that reel love for tape decks!

In his spare time Kevin is into fixing Guitars, turning defunct tape decks into guitar amps and hanging with his friends in the music scene. A really great human being, we are stolked to have him on board!
